We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
We accept returns for unwanted items as long as they meet the return eligibility criteria above and are returned within 7 days of delivery.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exchanges
To get the item you want quickly, return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at hello@districtdistro.com.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom items, and final sale products.
We do not offer warranties on our products.
